Check Apple Serial Info
Two weeks after launching an, Apple has released a tool that allows owners to check whether their device is affected by the problem. An includes an option to enter a serial number to determine whether an iPhone 6s is eligible for a free battery replacement. A small number of iPhone 6s models manufactured between September and October of 2015 have a faulty battery, which can cause the iPhone 6s to unexpectedly shut down. Devices that fall into the eligible manufacturing date will be able to receive a new battery from Apple at no charge should they exhibit the unexpected shutdown issue. Devices must be in good working condition to receive a battery replacement -- Apple won't swap it out if there's an issue like a cracked screen that could impair the battery replacement.
IPhone 6s owners with an eligible device can visit an Apple retail store, an Apple Authorized Service Provider, or call Apple Support for assistance with the issue. Customers who have already paid to have their iPhone 6s batteries replaced can receive reimbursement from Apple for the repair costs. 7-8 months ago I took my phone to Apple Store for the first time for this issue. I spoke with a Genius! And he said battery is in Perfect condition based on his tool. Issue was persistent and had to take it to Apple Store several other times.
On the last one, phone's battery died at about%30 in front of the Genius!?! He witnessed the problem in person. He kept saying the battery was operating as expected. I wanted to speak to a Genius Manager! She said it is normal!! I was losing my mind how she was pretending that nothing was wrong with having your phone battery shuts off in the middle of the cycle. She wanted me to pay for the battery replacement, in fact she wanted the customer to pay for their mistake.

Whether or not they are refunding the customers what they paid to replace the battery, APPLE needs to pay the customers who had to use it as is. Because I was positive that there was an issue with the phone, and the Genius!! Saw the issue in person and they pretended everything was normal!!! And for that reason I chose not to pay. And all of a sudden, Apple says I was CORRECT!
And those Geniueses are NOT SO GENIUSES. Then why did not they allow me to use my Warranty in the first place. Drivers Ed Chapter 3 Basic Vehicle Control. They have all the logs in their system that I took my phone to them several times and they chose not to cover the problem. And I had to use my device with this issue almost a year now.
Well, phone doesn't have to explode in order to give every other customer an incentive or a compensation who had this issue. And hey, this is an expensive toy, you can not be like 'Oops I'm sorry!' And get out of the jail for free. Long story short, I hate the Apple Customer service lately.
I had an appointment today for my day one iPhone 6S Plus for this issue. I was extremely disappointed that the store would not replace the battery despite having exactly the same issue as described. My phone usually turns off between 8-15% but sometimes as high as 35-40%.
You can find your Mac's serial number in Apple System Profiler: Select the Apple Menu >About This Mac, then. Apple Serial Number Lookup.
It began exhibiting this issue a couple of months ago, literally just after the warranty expired. I expected that this program was an acknowledgement that the issue exists, but I was simply told the issue only affects the 6S and not the 6S Plus. Phonerescue Keygen For Mac. Take it from me - the issue affects both models.
